Newly built (2018) and tastefully decorated timber house of 100 sqm with underfloor heating on the first floor for a nice indoor climate.The house is located just short distance (about 800 meters) from the center of "Vemdalskalet" and has direct access to both cross-country and snowmobile tracks.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain holiday.
Nice south facing position that gives plenty of light through the huge windowwall overlooking the mountain side and Vargen.
The house has a master bedroom with double bed (2x90 cm). Two further bedrooms downstairs with bunk beds of family model and wardrobes with good storage. Upstairs / loft you will find a large room with separate door and extra beds in the form of two sofa beds. Large bathroom with a sturdy sauna and a guest toilet that is perfect when you grow up.
For wet clothes, both tumble dryer and a drying cabinet are available. A giant balcony frames the house on three sides and there are outdoor furniture for coffee or lunch sunny winter days.
For the winter season 2018/2019, the owners will install a new larger flat-screen TV in the living room and a bench in the hall for tired skibums.
Welcome!
You get access to the house / apartment from 4pm the day of arrival and leave no later than 11am on the day of departure. When ordered final cleaning, you will leave the cottage by 10am. Final cleaning, rent linneset, cot and highchair be booked at time of booking or no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

GENERAL INFO WHEN BOOKING!
You rent the cottage with self-catering and take up liquid, dishwasher detergent, tea towels and linen. Wood for the fireplace, you buy yourself.
