Nice and newly renovated cottage with a large south-facing porch overlooking the valley and Sånfjället.Just about ski-in / ski-out location.
Short walk to ski transport from Gråhogna just outside the house. Close to the supermarket and restaurants in Björnrike center.
A fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen island facing the dining table and living room. Everyone can hang out when the food is cooked. Dining table with plenty of room for the cabin members and some extra guests if needed.
Open plan living area with sofa, armchairs, large flat screen TV and a cozy open fireplace to enjoy cold winter days.
You will find two bedrooms with new mattresses. One bedroom with double bed (2x90cm) and one bedroom with two bunk beds (4x90 cm).
Entrance with small staircase from the ground floor with spacious hall in angle with drying cabinet and plenty of hangers, seating and hooks. The ski equipment storage is located just outside the door.
The TV has HDMI input for connection to your own computer to watch play services or Netflix in addition to the standard range. There is also a PS3 player with various games as well as a selection of family games for those cozy home evenings. Internet and WiFi are available but in limited amount (max 50GB / week)
You get access to the house / apartment from 4pm the day of arrival and leave no later than 11am on the day of departure. When ordered final cleaning, you will leave the cottage by 10am. Final cleaning, rent linneset, cot and highchair be booked at time of booking or no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

GENERAL INFO WHEN BOOKING!
You rent the cottage with self-catering and take up liquid, dishwasher detergent, tea towels and linen. Wood for the fireplace, you buy yourself. Cleaners and cleaning equipment found in the house / apartment and you clean house according to the cleaning protocol that you receive at check in.You get access to the house / apartment from 4pm the day of arrival and leave no later than 11am on the day of departure.
