VS101 - Strömsväg, Vemdalen

At Strömsväg you will find these two older, classic mountain lodges in timber. They are rented as a unit.

Both cottages are well maintained and cosy.
House No. 1 is 47 sqm and has two bedrooms. One with two 90cm beds and one with bunk bed + 1 extra bed on the couch.
House No. 2 is 28 sqm and has spring mattresses in the attic and a bed in the room.
A total of 8 beds.
There is an insert to the table in house 1 and chairs for 8 people for shared dinner.

Both houses have WC, shower kitchen and dining table.

According to the owners it is possible to get on skis to and from the hill with a little help of skating.

The TV is connected to the aerial and Boxer for channels Swedish channel 1,2 and 4. If you have a Boxer card you can bring. We do not however guarantee that it will work with your card but please feel free to try

GENERAL INFO WHEN BOOKING!

You rent the cottage with self-catering and take up liquid, dishwasher detergent, tea towels and linen. Wood for the fireplace, you buy yourself. Cleaners and cleaning equipment found in the house / apartment and you clean house according to the cleaning protocol that you receive at check in.
You get access to the house / apartment from 4pm the day of arrival and leave no later than 11am on the day of departure. When ordered final cleaning, you will leave the cottage by 10am. Final cleaning, rent linneset, cot and highchair be booked at time of booking or no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Stugan uppfyllde förväntningarna vi hade och vi tyckte att bilderna gjorde den rättvisa. Mysig stuga med det mesta man behöver. Det var lätt att ta sig till och från backarna (med barn), även om det var en liten bit, likaså till affären och byn. Det var lite hårda sängar och vi saknade torkskåp eller något slags utrymme för att torka kläder och förvaring av skidor, men i övrigt var det en utmärkt fjällstuga för en skidsemester.

Jättemysig stuga! Enkelt och genuint boende. Tyst och lugnt. Vi kunde ta oss smidigt till och från pisterna. Vi saknade torkmöjligheter för pjäxorna och en större hall hade varit bra, men det var det lilla i sammanhanget. // Jenny med familj

Trevligt kök/allrum. Enkel standard i badrum. Representativa bilder på hemsidan. Vi upplevde stugan som golvkall vid -15, men vi är samtidigt bortskämda med golvvärme till vardags. Tofflor alt varma sockar rekommenderas.

Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra. Gillar att det är så enkelt. Stor tomt och lätt att ta sig till backen. Det var mycket bättre än jag förväntade mig för det priset.
